Welcome to this Telegram Mini App (the “App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Nature of the service
The App is an entertainment and rewards experience delivered inside Telegram. Virtual balances, points, or “sats” shown in the App are in-app accounting units unless we expressly state otherwise. They do not create a bank deposit, investment contract, or guaranteed real-world payout.
2. Eligibility
You must be allowed to use Telegram and Mini Apps under Telegram’s rules and under the laws that apply to you. You are responsible for complying with local regulations related to online services and digital rewards.
3. Your account
Access is provided through Telegram. You must not attempt to abuse, automate, exploit, or manipulate earning mechanics, referrals, tasks, or withdrawals. We may suspend or terminate access if we detect abuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms.
4. Rewards and withdrawals
Rewards may change at any time. Withdrawal requests may be reviewed, delayed, limited, or declined. Completing a request does not guarantee payment if we reasonably suspect abuse or are unable to process it.
5. Telegram platform rules
The App runs inside Telegram. Your use is also subject to Telegram’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Mini App / Bot Platform rules. Where those platform rules conflict with how the App operates technically, Telegram’s platform constraints prevail.
6. Data processing
We only process personal data that Telegram makes available to Mini Apps and bots (for example, Telegram user identifiers and profile fields provided through Telegram WebApp / Bot APIs), plus the limited usage data needed to operate balances, tasks, referrals, and withdrawals. 7. No warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of rewards, data, or profits arising from your use of the App.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Material updates may require renewed acceptance inside the App.
