This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information when you use our Telegram Mini App.

1. Our approach

We process personal data only as needed to run the App, and only within the scope of data that Telegram allows Mini Apps and bots to receive or that you voluntarily provide inside the App (such as a withdrawal address). We do not sell your personal data.

2. Data we may process

• Telegram account data provided via Telegram WebApp / Bot APIs (for example Telegram user id, display name, username, language, and similar fields Telegram exposes to Mini Apps).
• App activity data such as balances, taps/claims, task completions, referral relationships, and withdrawal requests.
• Technical data needed for security and sessions (for example CSRF tokens and session identifiers on our servers).
• Information you submit in the App, such as a Bitcoin or Lightning address for withdrawals.

3. What we do not try to collect

We do not request access to Telegram private chats, contacts, or data beyond what Telegram’s Mini App / Bot platform permits for operating this service. We do not bypass Telegram permissions or scrape data Telegram does not provide to the App.

4. Purposes of processing

• Authenticate you through Telegram and maintain your App profile.
• Operate earning features, tasks, referrals, and balances.
• Process and review withdrawal requests.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and technical abuse of the service.
• Comply with legal obligations where applicable.

5. Legal bases

Depending on your location, we rely on performance of a contract (providing the App), legitimate interests (security and abuse prevention), and/or consent where required (including acceptance of this Policy inside the App).

6. Sharing

We may use infrastructure providers (hosting, databases, CDN, tunnels) strictly to operate the App. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety. Telegram processes data under Telegram’s own policies when you use Telegram.

7. Retention

We keep App records for as long as needed to provide the service, handle withdrawals, resolve disputes, and meet security or legal requirements. You may request deletion of App-side account data where applicable; platform-side Telegram data remains governed by Telegram.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to a Mini App service. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

9. International processing

Servers and providers may be located in different countries. Where required, we take steps to protect transfers in line with applicable law.

10. Your choices

You can stop using the App at any time. You may contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion of App-held data, subject to legal limits. Telegram account controls remain available in Telegram settings.

11. Children

The App is not directed to children where prohibited by local law. If you believe a child has provided data improperly, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

12. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. Significant changes may require renewed in-app acceptance.
